Shane Boal
Shane has been personal training for 5 years and with a background in Basketball, having represented Australia. He brings with him the knowledge and dedication for training his clients which he received along the way blending this with his certificate IV. With Shane's extra training in group outdoor sessions he runs our boot camp program and is one of our rpm and punchpad instructors. Shane is also kettle-bell trained. With a focus on results, Shane can help achieve your goals.
Denise Betts
As an ex elite cyclist and current Nutrition and Dietetics student, Denise knows what it takes to achieve results that you're looking for. She believes that exercise should be a lifestyle fit, with who you are and how you live. She has qualifications in Fitness, Boxing and First Aid and more importantly life. Denise is a passionate, committed and thorough trainer, keen to help you achieve YOUR goals.

With a wide range, and large variety in his qualifications, Shane has martial arts, ball work and personal training available. His philosophy of "If you think you can't ... you won't" reflects his positive outlook on life as well as his training style. With a wealth of experience, Shane caters for a wide range of clients, and works with them to fulfil their aims.
Matt Carey
Matt is passionate about his and others fitness. With a Certificate 3&4 in Fitness, as well as Master Trainer certification, he has the skills and knowledge to work with you on an individual basis to achieve maximum results. A skilled athlete in his own right, Matt is also an excellent football and netball player, as well as recreational rock climber. With Matt "every day is a new chance to improve".
