From Yoga to Bootcamp, Flinders One Sport & Fitness offers a diversity of structured health and recreation programs, specially designed to give you an even greater level of advanced fitness performance and wellbeing.
All programs must be pre-paid as group sizes are often limited, so it’s important to book your place early. And at a fraction of the cost of public programs, but never compromising on quality, our programs represent excellent value for money!
BOOTCAMP
Give your fitness a real kick up the butt with Flinders Boot Camp. A fantastic way to get in shape both physically and mentally!! Motivating, challenging and ultimately rewarding Flinders BootCamp is what you need to burn the calories, tone those muscles and firm the mind.
HIP HOP
Sophie Hill from Stepz Dance academy has 20 years experience in many of the dance disciplines and competed with the Australian drill dance team in US and Japan.
KICKBOXING
Confidence boost … Self-defence … or just a serious fitness workout??
This is the place for you! Our fully qualified kickboxing master extraordinaire will lead the way for you, to help build your strength, power and fitness, and open your eyes to the finer details of kickboxing, Muay Thai style. More than just fitness, it’s an experience!
LATIN DANCE
Salsa, one of the most popular in street latin dance, keeps you fit and entertained. Its all about the music and the moves. The Centre partners with La Bomba who specialise in the Cuban, LA and New York styles.
POLEDANCE
Not your average workout routine, Pole dancing is the exercise alternative for ordinary women who want something extraordinary.
You’ll be amazed at fitness and tone you’ll get from this fun, unique, sensual and liberating program perfect for beginners and advanced dancers alike. Whirling round a pole supporting your body weight primarily with your core abdominal and upper body muscles
Pole dancing helps women tone their bodies, strengthen their mid sections, burn calories and gain an increased respect for their own bodies. This is a women’s only program and numbers are strictly limited.
ZUMBA
Now held as a part of our Group Fitness Program!
BOXING CIRCUIT
A great cardio workout. Helps tone muscles & improve inner strength. Relieve stress and create balance. New 30 min classes Monday mornings 7.30am-8am before CX works & 45 min classes Fridays 12.15pm.
