Many are daunted by starting a weight training program, and even moreso by the prospect of entering a weights room. Flinders ONEfitness recognises this while acknowledging the benefits for all, but in particular the more mature consumer, in resistance training. Strength For Life offers a supervised training option for 50 yrs + for those who see the benefits in weight training for bettering their health.
The program offers progressive strength training, consequently during your supervised training session you will be monitored and your program updated on a regular basis.

CLASS ACCESS: A 10 visit pass can be purchased from the Flinders ONEfitness reception for $55. Casual visits to the session are also provided at the recommended access rate of $6 a session.
