GAMES TIME MEETINGS
The following meetings will be held prior to and during the 2010 Australian University Games. UTM meeting Date: Sunday 26 September 2010 Location: University of Western Australia, Crawley, 6008 Time: 3:30 pm Where: Octagon Theatre Who: University team managers only Map Sport specific team manager meetings Date: Sunday 26 September 2010* Location: University of Western Australia. Room allocations Time: 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm Who: Organisers of each sport team Map Sailing meeting will be held on Saturday 25 September 2010 Location: University of Western Australia Watersports Complex (Boardroom) Hackett Drive, Crawley, 6009 Time: 4:00 pm Who: Organisers of each sailing team Transport* Buses will be running from Langley Park Transport Hub to the University of Western Australia Crawley Campus at 2:45 pm and 3:30 pm on Sunday 26 September. Return buses will run until 6:00 pm. All team and university managers can use this service free of charge. COMMITTEES
Sports Disputes and Appeals Committee (SDC) If required, the 2010 Australian University Games Sports Disputes Committee (SDC) will deal with any on field incidents and all matters relating to the conduct of sports competitions during Australian University Sport events. Notwithstanding this, if a matter is reported as a breach of the Code of Behaviour then the matter must be dealt with by the Disciplinary Committee (DC) Disciplinary Committee (DC) If required, the 2010 Australian University Games Disciplinary Committee (DC) convene to deal with all alleged breaches of the AUS Code of Behaviour. Green and Gold Committee To acknowledge, recognise and reward outstanding sporting performance at an AUS event, Australian University Sport selects athletes to receive AUS green & gold medals for national events. These athletes are selected in accordance with AUS award sport specific selection guidelines. For more information see the individual Green and Gold sport criteria for each sport. A UTM or coach can nominate a participant to be considered within the green and gold selection process before the Games begin.
