National Programs
Australian University Sport coordinates a national sport structure involving over 40 sports. Each year approximately 20 of these sports are included in the Australian University Games whilst the remaining sports are contested in Championship events organised by AUS or member universities.

In addition to the sporting events held each year, AUS host a Strategic Planning and Governance Forum where staff, members and special guests meet once a year.
To continually enhance and maximise sporting opportunities for Australian university students, AUS hosts a range of Representative Events throughout the year and also names Green and Gold Merit teams annually.

CALENDAR
The AUS Participation Levy will be implemented in 2005. For Championships the levy will be $2.75 GST inclusive per participant per sport. For Games the levy will be $11 GST inclusive per participant per Games.
