Career Pathway Program

In achieving its 2020 strategic goals, UniSport Australia (UniSport) aims to provide authentic and valuable professional development opportunities to its members and students via the Career Pathway Program.

The UniSport Career Pathway Program is designed to:

  • offer professional development opportunities to staff at UniSport member institutions;

  • offer internship opportunities for students looking to gain industry experience;

  • offer opportunities for UniSport international partners to engage with members;

  • offer volunteering opportunities at UniSport events; and

  • promote vacancies in the university sport sector.

UniSport member opportunities

BUCS conference and UK Tour - note this is a member funded tour

  • 13-22 July 2020

  • Visit will include attending BUCS national conference and visiting City of London University, University of Warwick, University of Birmingham, Loughborough University, University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University

Malaysia Sports Fiesta - note this is a self funded opportunity

  • 21-27 July

  • Sports: Fustal, Badminton, Tennis, Rugby 7s (m), Basketball (m), Table Tennis, Tenpin Bowling, Chess and Hockey 9s (m)

  • Entry is open to teams from Australian Universities only

FISU Forum - this is a member funded opportunity

  • 12-16 August, Budapest Hungary

  • UniSport has the opportunity to send up to two students  and two officials to this event

Sports Director tour of Chinese Taipei Sports University's

UniSport is calling for expressions of interest from Sports Directors interesting in attending a proposed tour of Chinese Taipei sports university's.
