Cross country skiing


In 2021, cross country skiing will be held at the Nationals Snow event at Thredbo, and will be contested in both men's and women's competitions.

Two disciplines will be offered in next year's event including individual and team relay.

Late registration:

Register between 7 August - 5pm 20 August

2021 event entry prices*: 

1 event: $85.00

2 events: $150.00 (save $20)

3 events: $210.00 (save $45)

4 events: $280.00 (save $60)

5+ events: $355.00 (save $70)

2021 lift pass prices*:

4 days: $420.00

5 days: $500.00

6 days: $560.00

Cross-country skiing is a form of skiing where skiers rely on their own locomotion to move across snow-covered terrain. In the individual event, women will compete over 5km and men over 7km.

Format: Freestyle, mass start.​

Team relay


The team relay event will encompass three individuals each completing 1km in a relay-style fashion.
