ACU Step into Steptember

ACU staff and students have been hard at work getting their MOVEs in and downloading the ACU MOVEs App.

Their Steptember challenge encouraged staff and students to download the app and get moving. Their first challenge “Let’s Get Moving” was a success with the top 3 movers winning a $50 Rebel Sport voucher, and everyone who collected at least 5000 MOVEs going into the running to win a Fitbit.

In addition, ACU have been running Stamp Out Stress Days, offering free healthy snacks, fitness classes, and social volleyball to engage students and staff, and get them downloading the ACU MOVEs App.
