The Competition

The athletics competition will take place from 21-27 July in Bochum, Germany.

Athletics has been part of the Summer Universiade program since the first games in Turin in 1959.

With over 1,000 competitors across 51 events, athletics is the largest sport by participation at the FISU World University Games.
