The Competition

The 2025 FISU Summer Games will feature badminton competitions from 17-26 July 2025, set to take place in Mulheim, Germany. 

​See shuttlecocks being smashed at up to 300 kilometres per hour. With speed, grace, and no shortage of skill: badminton was a breath of fresh air when it joined the FISU World University Games as an optional sport in 2007, now a compulsory part of the programme.
