University Nominees Shine in 2025 Australian Pride in Sport Awards

UniSport Australia proudly acknowledges the outstanding contributions of university sport leaders and initiatives nominated for the 2025 Australian Pride in Sport Awards. These awards, set to take place on 16 April at CENTREPIECE in Melbourne, celebrate individuals and organisations that are driving LGBTQ+ inclusion across the sporting landscape.

University nominees have been recognised across multiple categories, highlighting the significant role universities play in fostering inclusive and supportive environments for LGBTQ+ students and athletes.

These nominations reflect the dedication of university sport organisations to creating safe and welcoming environments for all students, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation.

UniSport Australia congratulates all finalists and commends their efforts in championing inclusion within university sport. The Australian Pride in Sport Awards continue to play a vital role in recognising these achievements and inspiring further progress in LGBTQ+ inclusion across the sector.
