The La Trobe Sports Park on the University’s Melbourne Campus houses a state-of-the-art sports stadium, an elite Sport Performance Hub facility for teaching and research, and a wide range of world-class sporting surfaces. The La Trobe Sports Park is also the location of the largest football-specific infrastructure project in Australia’s history, ‘The Home of the Matildas’, which acts as the Australian Women’s Football Team’s high-performance training base in the lead up to their matches in Australia.
