Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoters
    This competition is conducted by UniSport Australia and it’s member universities.
  2. Eligibility
    • Entry is open to current students enrolled at the university whose social media page they are following.
    • Entrants must be residents of Australia.
    • Entrants must be 18 years or older (or include guardian consent if under 18 – adjust if required).
  3. Entry Requirements
    • To enter, participants must “like”/follow the relevant university social media page between the advertised start and end dates of the competition.
    • Entries received outside the competition period will not be eligible.
    • This is an online-only competition.
  4. Competition Period
    The competition opens on the advertised start date and closes on the advertised end date. Entries must be received before the closing time stated.
  5. Prize
    • The prize will be redeemed online only via newbalance.com.au.
    • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
    • The prize is not transferable.
  6. Winner Selection & Notification
    • The winner will be selected at random.
    • The winner will be notified via direct message or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a redraw may occur.
  7. General
    • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
    • The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
