Here are some tips to help your hydration game plan 👇
1️⃣ Pre-event: Start sipping water 2–4 hours before competing
2️⃣ During event: Drink small amounts regularly—don’t wait until you’re thirsty
3️⃣ Post-event: Aim to replace every 1kg lost in sweat with 1.5L of fluid, and watch for signs of dehydration (dry mouth, fatigue, muscle cramps, and dizziness)

🔥 HOT TIP: For sessions over 60 minutes, add electrolytes to your hydration intake. Electrolytes help your body balance fluids and support nerve, muscle, and heart function.

Stay ahead of thirst and give your body the best chance to perform ☀️🥇

Held in conjunction with @nswswimming’s Sydney Open, the event will be hosted at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre from 15–17 May 2026. Please ensure you register across both systems.
