Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Member Examples

The UniSport Australia Strategic Plan 2025-2028 includes within Strategic Pillar 2 a member focus to support members’ delivery against equity and inclusion objectives, with an overall success measure of 75% of members implementing a sport specific inclusion program.

Early in 2025, UniSport undertook a survey of members to find out what support they required to achieve their equity and inclusion objectives. The most common response was to find out information about what other members are doing in this space. In response, UniSport has developed this Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Member Examples resource.
